Foyers House Terms and Conditions

Reservations 

Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of valid credit or debit card details .

All reservations must be paid in full 7 days before arrival to avoid cancellation .

All of our rooms sleep a maximum of 2 adults.

Our rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

We DO NOT accept group bookings, stag or hen parties or bookings for events.

We DO NOT accommodate infants and children under the age of 18yrs, check in will not be permitted if anyone in your booking is under the age of 18 and no refund will be due.

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival and no shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Check In - Check Out

Check in is from 4.30pm until 9.30pm

Check out is before 10am

Early / Late check in and late check out may be available @ a charge of £15 per hour or part thereof. Please contact us to arrange.

Food & Alcohol

Foyers House is licensed to sell alcohol.

Meals -  Breakfast 8 am - 9am - reservation required

              Dinner from 6.30pm - reservation required

Only food and alcohol purchased on the premises may be consumed here.

Red wine is not permitted in any of our bedrooms.

A disposal fee of £10 will be charged for excessive waste in bedrooms ( does not fit in the bin provided ).

Clothing

Muddy / dirty shoes or walking boots to be removed and kept in the entrance hallway. Slippers are available if required.

Wet outdoor clothing to be removed in entrance hallway, we are happy to hang and dry out for you.

Laundry is not permitted in any of our bedrooms, please ask we may be able to assist.

Pets

Pets are not permitted on our property or grounds, with the exception of assistance dogs, Please inform us before making your reservation.

Mobile Devices

WiFi is free for our guest, please note this can be intermittent at times.

To respect other guest, please do not use phones etc on loud speaker, play music in any of our public areas.

Car Park

Our car park is free for our guest.

We can provide secure bicycle storage, in line with our insurance policy we are unable to store electric bikes / scooters indoors. Batteries / charge packs are not permitted indoors.

We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury.

Damages

Smoking, including E cigarettes and Vapes is not permitted indoors, please use the designated smoking areas.

£100 will be charged if smoking indoors is evident.

All cost will be charged for any damage or loss to our property and its contents whether by negligence or otherwise.

If a room cannot be relet, you will cover the cost of replacement accommodation for guest due to check in, and until any repairs / replacements have been carried out.

Unacceptable Behaviour

We reserve the right to ask guest to leave our property at anytime should we find that their behaviour is unacceptable.

Any remaining nights will be cancelled and refunded less any cost.

Insurance

Guest should ensure that they have valid travel insurance.

By making a reservation at Foyers House you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
