Security and Pre-authorisation.
When a credit card is offered to secure a reservation, we
will debit the account to which the
card is
drawn to the sum of GB£1.00 to confirm card security and
pre-authorisation.
Cancellation
Policy - Individuals
10% of the total
anticipated revenue will be charged as a administration fee,
on reservations cancelled 7 + days before arrival date.
In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice,
an amount equivalent to 100% of the total anticipated revenue will be charged.
Cancellation
policy - Group Bookings
A
non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total anticipated revenue must be paid in
order to guarantee any group booking of three bedrooms or more.
Our
individual cancellation policy (see above) then applies.
Domestic
animals - Dogs
If you are travelling with your pets, and
allowing them to sleep in your vehicle,
please park on the adjacent public car park.
Foyers House cannot accommodate pets.
Bedroom
Occupancy.
We do not accommodate guests under 16 years of
age.
All bedrooms accommodate a maximum of two guests.
